How It Works

Set Up Your Public Page
Make sure your public profile is fully set up under Settings → Public Profile. The contact form is part of your public presence on TheraTap.

Clients Use the Form
Visitors to your page find the contact form and can submit their message directly. After submission, they receive a confirmation.

Receive the Message
You receive the contact inquiry as a message in TheraTap and can reply directly.
